Description

VERATRIQUE ALDEHYDE is an aromatic aldehyde naturally found in vanilla pods, cloves, and anise, offering a distinctive floral-powdery-balsamic note with nuances of phenolic vanilla and elderflower. Its olfactory profile is sweet floral-powdery with slightly medicinal balsamic facets, less sweet than vanillin, with a slightly herbaceous nuance and a floral persistence characteristic of methoxylated aromatic aldehydes. In perfumery, it enriches floral vanilla accords, powdery orientals, and white flower reconstructions where its distinctive base note complements and sophisticated classic vanilla bases.
