Description

100% natural TOCOPHEROL ALPHA is the most biologically active form of vitamin E, extracted from vegetable oils (sunflower, wheat germ) by molecular vacuum distillation. With no noticeable olfactory properties, it plays an essential technical role as a lipophilic antioxidant, protecting fragile raw materials (essential oils, terpene esters) from oxidation and rancidity. In perfumery and cosmetics, it is incorporated as a stabilizer in formulas containing sensitive natural materials, oils and butters; at functional concentrations (0.05-0.5%), it significantly extends the olfactory and physicochemical shelf life of formulas.
