TETRAHYDROFLOROL
Description
Tetrahydroflorol is the saturated form of florol (tetrahydro linalool oxide), offering a fresh, soft floral note with nuances of lily of the valley, lily, and white flower, with a characteristic airy lightness. Its olfactory profile is clean, fresh floral, slightly creamy, and slightly aniseed, bringing a natural and floral dimension without the excessively volatile aspects of its unsaturated precursor. In perfumery, it is integrated into fresh floral hearts, lily of the valley-lily accords, and white flower reconstructions, bringing softness and naturalness to springtime eau de toilette and scented care formulas.
