TAGETE EGYPT ESSENTIAL OIL
Description
Egyptian Tagete essential oil comes from the distillation of the aerial parts of Tagetes erecta grown in the Nile Valley, a region with climatic conditions that favor the production of thiopene-rich essential oils. Its olfactory profile is intensely green-herbaceous with marigold nuances, slightly medicinal-herbaceous and fruity-exotic, presenting gustatory variations compared to African origins due to differences in soil and altitude. In perfumery, it is used in natural green accords, rustic chypres, and some aromatic-green masculine fragrances, with caution due to its sensitizing potential at high concentrations.
