Description

Trans-4-decenal is a synthetic raw material from the aquatic-green family. Its olfactory profile is fresh aquatic, slightly green, and slightly citrusy, evoking an aquatic cucumber-melon note. Very powerful, it is used in tiny doses (0.001–0.05%) in modern aquatic compositions, fresh waters, and contemporary fougères.
