Description

Trans 2 Cis 6 Nonadienol is a synthetic raw material from the green family. It has an intense and characteristic green olfactory profile, with notes of violet leaf, fresh cucumber, and a vegetable-aquatic nuance similar to violet leaf alcohol. An extremely powerful top ingredient, it is used at very low concentrations to bring an authentic green signature to green, marine, and aquatic compositions. Its perception threshold is low—careful dosing at a few ppm is essential. No IFRA restrictions (49th Amendment).
