Description

STYRAX RESINOID 100% P&N is obtained by solvent extraction of styrax gum-resin (Liquidambar orientalis or L. styraciflua), concentrating the entire aromatic richness of the crude resin. Its olfactory profile is intensely warm-balsamic, rich in cinnamic esters, with nuances of cinnamon, vanilla, storax, and sweet resin, offering remarkable roundness and complexity. In perfumery, styrax resinoid is a leading natural fixative, used in the base notes of oriental compositions, amber-vanilla accords, and classic perfumes where it provides body and exceptional longevity.
