Description

PARACYMENE is an aromatic monoterpene naturally present in many citrus essential oils, particularly thyme, cardamom, and citrus fruits. Its olfactory profile is citrusy, slightly aromatic, and characteristically fresh, with a soft and natural citrus-thyme note. Widely found in the essential oils of Mediterranean aromatic plants (thyme, savory, oregano), it contributes to their distinctive aromatic character. Used in aromatic-citrus creations, herb-citrus accords, and Mediterranean-inspired compositions, it brings a characteristic natural freshness. It combines with lavenders, citruses, and fresh musks in natural aromatic compositions.
