Description

MYRALDEHYDE is a synthetic raw material from the floral-aldehydic family. It has a fresh, terpenic floral scent profile, with notes evoking myrtle, juniper, and a slightly lemony, camphoraceous-aldehydic nuance. A top and heart note ingredient, it is used in fresh floral accords, aromatic fougères, and marine and green compositions. Its aldehydic facet brings luminosity and lightness to olfactory pyramids—to be dosed precisely to preserve its fresh character without weighing down the composition.
