Description

METHYLIONONE PURE is the alpha isomer of methylionone, one of the most important and versatile olfactory components in perfumery. Its olfactory profile is floral, slightly woody, and violet-iris, with the characteristic iris-violet note and a natural sweetness of great elegance. Much finer and more persistent than simple ionones, it is present in many great classics of feminine perfumery. Used in powdery floral creations, chypres, and large prestigious floral compositions, it brings an irreplaceable floral-iris dimension. Its excellent substantivity guarantees very long-lasting floral persistence in compositions.
