Description

Methyl phenylacetate is the methyl ester of phenylacetic acid, offering a very soft floral-honey profile. Its olfactory profile is floral, honey-like, and slightly rose-fruity, with a delicate honey-rose note and a subtle oriental sweetness. Naturally present in rose, it contributes to the naturalness of rosy-honey accords. Used in rose reconstructions, floral chypres, and soft orientals, it brings a very seductive sweet-floral dimension. It blends harmoniously with coumarin, geraniums, and soft musks in light and accessible feminine compositions. Its honey-rose note is particularly appreciated in grand classic floral creations.
