Description

Methyl heptanone is a synthetic raw material in the fruity-citrus family. Its olfactory profile is slightly fruity, slightly citrusy, and slightly spicy. Naturally present in citrus and geranium essential oils. Used as a modifier in citrus and aromatic compositions. Typical dosage: 0.05 to 0.5%.
