Description

METHYL DIANTILIS is a synthetic raw material from the spicy-gourmand family. It has a warm, spicy, phenolic olfactory profile, with notes of clove, slightly sweet carnation, and a soft vanilla facet. A heart ingredient, it is used in clove reconstructions, spicy-oriental accords, and spicy florals. Its phenolic structure gives it good longevity and interesting aromatic depth in spicy-floral bases – use in controlled doses to avoid excessive phenolic dominance.
