Melolal is a synthetic raw material in the aquatic-melon family, developed by Givaudan. Its olfactory profile is fresh aquatic, melon, slightly cucumber, and slightly green. Widely used in fresh aquatic compositions, summer waters, and melon-cucumber accords. Usual dosage: 0.2 to 2%.
