Description

Methyl Benzoate is a synthetic raw material from the floral family. It has a slightly medicinal floral scent profile, with notes of soft Ylang-Ylang, jasmine and a subtle resinous-balsamic facet. As a heart ingredient, it enriches oriental floral accords, Ylang-Ylang, and some compositions with an exotic floral profile. Its good stability and moderate diffusion make it a floral enhancing ingredient.
