Description

Methyl atrarate is a synthetic raw material in the moss/woody family. Its olfactory profile is earthy, slightly oakmoss, slightly phenolic, and slightly woody. Used in chypre and woody accords for its unique mossy-oakmoss facet. Good fixative. Usual dosage: 0.1 to 1%. Observe IFRA levels for oakmoss substitution.
