Description

Isovaleraldehyde is a synthetic or natural raw material in the fruity family. Its olfactory profile is fruity, slightly apple, slightly strawberry, and slightly milky, with a fresh fruity note. Naturally present in many fruits. Used in fruity compositions and apple accords at low doses. Very volatile - top note. Usual dosage: 0.05 to 0.5%.
