Description

ISOEUGENOL is a synthetic raw material of Indonesian origin, from the spicy-floral family. It has a warm and enveloping olfactory profile, characterized by notes of clove and carnation, with a soft florality and a woody-spicy warmth. A heart and base ingredient, it structures floral-spicy accords, carnations, and floral orientals. Less powerful than eugenol, it offers a gentler diffusion — however, its sensitizing potential must be monitored for cosmetic applications in compliance with IFRA.
