Description

Isoamyl isovalerate is a synthetic raw material in the fruity-apple family. Its olfactory profile is very fruity, ripe apple, slightly strawberry, and slightly ester-fruity. A classic ingredient in apple accords and fruity compositions. Very diffusive at the top. Usual dosage: 0.1 to 1%.
