Description

French immortelle essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of fresh Helichrysum italicum flowers cultivated in France, mainly in Corsica and Provence. Its olfactory profile is spicy, herbaceous, and slightly caramelized, with the characteristic curry-flower note of helichrysum in a fresher and more terpenic version than the absolute. Produced in small quantities, it is a valuable natural ingredient sought after by natural perfumers. Used in Provencal-natural creations, spicy-herbaceous compositions, and natural medicinal compositions, it brings an irreplaceable Mediterranean authenticity. Its terpenic freshness distinguishes it from the heavier and more concentrated absolute.
