Description

Gamma-decalactone is a synthetic raw material in the fruity-creamy family. Its olfactory profile is fruity, very characteristic of juicy, ripe peach, slightly milky and sweet. It is a fundamental ingredient in peach accords, fruity compositions, and creamy oriental accords. Very powerful—use between 0.05 and 0.5% to avoid masking other notes. Good staying power thanks to its lactone structure.
