Description

FURANEOL 15% TEC is a synthetic raw material, presented as a 15% solution in triethyl citrate, belonging to the gourmand-fruity family. It has a characteristic sweet fruity olfactory profile, with notes of ripe caramelized strawberry, golden pineapple, and light caramel. A very powerful core ingredient even when diluted, it brings fruity-gourmand authenticity to strawberry, pineapple, confectionery, and dessert accords. Its very low perception threshold requires extremely precise dosing at this dilution.
