Description

FURFURYL MERCAPTAN is a synthetic raw material from the sulfur-roasted family. Its olfactory profile is very characteristic of roasted coffee, with a sulfurous, slightly smoky, and slightly roasted note. Extremely powerful (in its pure state, the smell is pungent) — use at ultra-low dilutions (0.001–0.05%). A niche ingredient used in coffee, tobacco, and oud accords for its roasted depth.
