Description

FILBERTONE G (1%TEC) is a synthetic raw material, presented at 1% in triethyl citrate, from the gourmand-nutty family. It has a distinctive roasted gourmand olfactory profile, with notes of toasted hazelnut, slightly caramelized praline, and roasted walnut. A top and heart note ingredient for gourmand compositions, it brings authentic hazelnut notes to praline accords, nutty gourmands, and dessert creations. Its very low perception threshold requires extremely precise dosing at this dilution.
