Description

Fenchyl acetate is a bicyclic terpene ester obtained by reacting fenchol with acetic anhydride. Its olfactive profile is aromatic, woody, and fresh, with a characteristic camphoraceous-pine note and a pleasant terpenic lightness. Used in woody-aromatic accords, masculine fougères, and fresh-camphoraceous scents, it brings a natural freshness of pine and forest. It combines harmoniously with pines, cedars, and lavenders in classic masculine creations. Its moderate volatility gives it a heart note presence in aromatic accords. It contributes to the "outdoorsy" and "forest" aspects of contemporary masculine fragrances.
