Description

Soft Fennel essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of Foeniculum vulgare var. dulce seeds. Its olfactory profile is aromatic, slightly aniseed, and herbaceous, with a sweetness characteristic of sweet fennel and a natural green freshness. Less pungent than bitter fennel, it brings a soft and pleasant aromatic-aniseed note. Used in fresh herb accords, aromatic fougères, and Provençal compositions, it harmonizes with lavender, basil, and citrus. Its aromatic-aniseed note contributes to fresh masculine accords and culinary-aromatic compositions. It is valuable for fragrance creators inspired by the Mediterranean.
