EUCALYPTUS CITRIDIORA ESSENTIAL OIL
Documents
Description
EUCALYPTUS CITRIDIORA ESSENTIAL OIL is obtained by distilling the leaves of Eucalyptus citriodora (now reclassified as Corymbia citriodora). Its olfactory profile is aromatic, fresh, and very lemony, with a green citronella note and a distinct vegetal freshness that clearly differentiates it from Eucalyptus globulus. Used in fresh-herbal accords, natural insect repellent compositions, and fresh aromatics, it brings a unique citronella-eucalyptus note. Perfumers use it for authentic green-hesperidic creations and in citron-herbal accords. It is also a natural source of citronellal for the synthesis of fragrance compounds.
