Ethyl Vanillin is a synthetic raw material, of American origin, belonging to the gourmand-vanilla family. It has an intense and creamy vanilla olfactory profile, three to four times more powerful than vanillin, with notes of vanilla cream, caramel, and tonka. A highly valued base ingredient in perfumery and food flavorings, it structures gourmand, oriental, and vanilla accords in feminine, oriental, and dessert compositions.
