Description

Ethyl phenylacetate is an aromatic ester offering a distinctive and highly recognizable fruity-floral profile. Its scent is fruity, slightly honeyed, and floral, with a honey-rose note and a characteristic oriental sweetness. Naturally present in rose flowers and some fruits, it contributes to the naturalness of honey-flower accords. Used in rose reconstructions, oriental-honey, and floral chypres, it adds a very seductive sweet-fruity dimension. It pairs harmoniously with coumarin, soft musks, and Ylang in sophisticated floral-oriental creations. Its moderate substantivity ensures a balanced heart presence.
