Description

Ethyl heptanoate is a synthetic raw material in the fruity-cognac family. Its olfactive profile is fruity, slightly wine-like, slightly alcoholic-cognac, and slightly oily. Used in fruity accords, wine and cognac reconstructions, and gourmand compositions. Usual dosage: 0.1 to 1.5%.
