Description

Ethyl acetoacetate is a synthetic raw material from the fruity family. It has a soft and slightly milky fruity olfactory profile, with notes of fresh pear, slightly creamy apple, and a subtle fruity-medicinal facet. As a top note ingredient, it brings fruity lightness to light fruity compositions and pear-apple accords. Its good solubility and delicate fruity character make it a complementary ingredient for fruity-green accords.
