Description

Ethyl trans-2-cis-4 decadienoate is a synthetic raw material in the fruity-pear family. Its olfactory profile is very fruity, intense juicy pear, slightly rosy, characteristic of the emblematic pear scent. A fundamental ingredient in pear compositions and modern fruity accords. Very powerful—use between 0.05 and 0.5% for a natural and delicate pear effect.
