Description

ELEMI ESSENTIAL OIL is obtained by steam distillation of the fresh resin of Canarium luzonicum, a tree native to the Philippines. Its olfactory profile is spicy, slightly citrusy and terpenic, with very characteristic notes of lime, fresh pepper and fresh resin. Used in woody-spicy compositions, masculine aromatics and resin-citrus accords, it brings vivacity and resinous transparency. It blends harmoniously with frankincense, cedar woods and citrus in spiritual and Mediterranean creations. Its fresh and spicy top note makes it an interesting opening for fresh-oriental accords.
