Description

DMBC BUTYRATE is the butyric ester of Dimethyl Benzyl Carbinol, offering a distinct floral-fruity profile compared to the acetate. Its scent is floral, slightly fruity, and rounder than the acetate, with a light peach blossom and rose note that gives it a sensual sweetness. The longer butyrate chain gives it greater substantivity and a more pronounced fruity note. Used in floral-fruity creations, feminine chypre, and rose-fruity compositions, it brings a carnal and sweet dimension to floral hearts. It harmonizes with geraniums, creamy musks, and fruity lactones for floral and sensual accords.
