Description

Dimethyl anthranilate is a synthetic raw material in the floral-fruity-citrus family. Its olfactory profile is floral, slightly grape, slightly fruity and slightly orange-blossom, bringing a distinctive fresh floral note. An ingredient used in orange blossom, neroli, grape accords and modern fruity floral compositions. Usual dosage: 0.1 to 1%.
