Receive a sample manufactured from your complete formula or technical base. We can also prepare an incomplete version of the formula for your evaluation.

How does it work?
- Send us your formula in a password-protected file. The password should only be shared with our laboratory team.
- Our laboratory registers your formula in a secure, confidential system and conducts a technical review.
- We provide feedback regarding compliance and pricing, together with a PDF document allowing you to verify that the formula has been entered correctly.
- If certain ingredients are not available in our catalogue, we will ask you to suggest a suitable substitute.
- We send you a 10 g sample for approval. Sample delivery is included.
- Once the sample has been approved, we manufacture your fragrance according to the validated formula.

- Minimum order quantity: 10 kg
- Minimum order value: €500

- Your formula will remain strictly confidential.
- PCW will manufacture according to the formula provided and will not alter its composition without your prior approval.
- The quality and accuracy of the final product depend on the completeness and reliability of the information provided.
- If certain ingredients are unavailable, the sample may be incomplete unless suitable substitutes are proposed and approved.
- Lead times depend on the complexity of the formula but will not exceed 10 working days for the initial review and sample preparation.
- You may submit up to three formula adjustments. After the third adjustment, any further formula submission will be charged.
- This service does not include modifying, reformulating, or optimizing customer formulas. If a technical adjustment is required to ensure manufacturability or regulatory compliance, we will contact you before proceeding. If necessary, we also offer a perfumery consultancy service.

Once the fragrance has been approved and the order confirmed, the estimated production time is between two weeks and one month, depending on demand. This period begins once the quotation has been approved, payment has been received and the availability of raw materials has been confirmed.
Where applicable, standard documents include COSM4 elements, in particular:
- technical data sheet;
- safety data sheet;
- IFRA certificate;
- allergen declaration;
- CMR.
If the formula is created by PCW, it remains the intellectual property of PCW and is not disclosed. The customer may commission the production of the corresponding concentrate in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
Yes. The formulas and technical information provided are treated as confidential
and used solely for the purposes of the service requested.
Yes. This request must be made as part of the Perfumer Consultancy service. The arrangements for delivering the recommendations and any amendments are agreed upon before the consultation begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the service does not include the provision of a final formula in the form of a production document.
No. As part of our Formula Compounding service, our laboratory formulates the provided formula as faithfully as possible. The service does not automatically include: olfactory enhancement or rebalancing; substitution of raw materials; cost optimisation; adaptation to a specific application; or verification of the formula’s regulatory compliance. These services can be considered separately as part of the Perfumer Consultancy service.
