Description

SOUR CHERRY NATPRO is a natural raw material, part of the fruity-almondy family. It presents a fleshy fruity and slightly almondy olfactory profile, with notes of tart sour cherry, black cherry, and a distinctive, slightly heliotrope-almondy facet. As a top and heart ingredient, it brings an authentic sour cherry signature to fruity-gourmand compositions, cherry accords, and olfactory creations with a natural red fruit profile. No known IFRA restrictions.
