Description

Cis-6-nonenal is a synthetic raw material in the green-cucumber family. Its olfactive profile is intensely green, fresh cucumber, slightly melon, with a slightly floral aquatic note. Very powerful and volatile, it is used in tiny doses (0.001–0.05%) to bring an authentic cucumber-green facet to aquatic and fresh compositions. Highly diffusive top note.
