Description

The Vetyveryle Acetate base is a woody-green accord, slightly acetylated, that captures the woody facets of vetiver softened by esterification into acetate, offering a more accessible and less earthy woody-green texture than raw vetiver. Its olfactory profile is fresh woody-green, slightly lactonic in the base, with a subtly floral-green dimension characteristic of sesquiterpene acetates, and a notable persistence on material. In perfumery, this base integrates into fresh vetiver-woody accords, aromatic-woody masculine compositions, and feminine compositions with a woody base note where the natural character of vetiver is desired with a softer, less "raw" texture.
