Description

ANETHOL NATUREL is a natural raw material from the spicy family. It has a sweet and sugary aniseed olfactory profile, with characteristic notes of star anise, fresh licorice, and a slightly balsamic-spicy facet. A major component of star anise and fennel, it is used in reconstructions of these aromatic plants, oriental accords, and compositions with an aniseed-spicy profile. Subject to IFRA restrictions — its use must comply with regulatory standards.
