Description

Aldehyde C11 Undecylenic is a synthetic raw material belonging to the floral-aldehydic family. It has a floral and slightly fatty aldehydic olfactory profile, with clean floral aldehydic, slightly soapy notes and a subtle citrus facet. A classic top ingredient in traditional aldehydic perfumery, it is fundamental in the great floral-aldehydic families. Very powerful — to be used at very low concentrations for a harmonious aldehydic effect.
