Description
Linalyl acetate is the acetic ester of linalool, one of the most important components of fine lavender and bergamot. Its olfactory profile is floral, fresh, and slightly citrusy, with a characteristic lavender-bergamot note and a floral lightness of great elegance. Present at 25-50% in fine lavender, it is one of the components responsible for its characteristic floral and fresh character. Used in fougère creations, fresh florals, and aromatic masculines, it brings a versatile floral-lavender note. It harmonizes well with coumarin, cedars, and musks in classic and timeless masculine creations.
