Description

Cinnamyl acetate is a synthetic raw material, of Indian origin, in the spicy-fruity family. It has a soft and slightly fruity spicy olfactory profile, with notes of sweet cinnamon, cinnamon flower and a pleasant, slightly fruity-balsamic facet. As a heart ingredient, it is used in sweet cinnamon-spicy accords, floral-oriental and spicy-fruity compositions. Its sweetness compared to cinnamaldehyde makes it a more accessible ingredient - to be used in compliance with IFRA standards.
