2-METHOXY-3-METHYL PYRAZINE is a synthetic raw material of British origin, from the green-vegetal family. It has an intense and characteristic green olfactive profile, with notes of green bell pepper, tomato leaf, and slightly earthy raw vegetables. As a top ingredient, it is used in minute traces to bring an authentic vegetal signature to fresh and green compositions, aromatic fougères, and nature accords. Its perception threshold is extremely low — a fractional percentage is enough for a marked olfactive effect. No IFRA restrictions.
